I help individuals, teams, and organizations navigate emerging evidence in nutrition, the microbiota–gut–brain–immune interface, and mind-body practices. My work focuses on translating complex research into education that supports resilience and whole-person health.

A major focus of my practice is personalized educational consults. I work one-on-one with clients seeking clarity in a crowded wellness landscape, helping them understand the science relevant to their goals. These sessions are not clinical care, but tailored, evidence-informed explorations that build confidence and informed decision-making.

I serve as Executive Director of the Office of Integrative Medicine & Health and as an Associate Professor at the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences, advancing integrative, translational education in academic and clinical settings.

Beyond academia, I lead well-being strategy as Chief Well-being Officer at Good Bacteria and provide consulting to innovators and organizations. I bring a rigorous scientific lens to product development, public-facing education, and strategic guidance.

My work centers on nutritional immunology—including vitamin D, fatty acids, and postbiotic metabolites—the gut–brain–immune interface, and determinants of resilience. I prioritize turning complex science into insights that can be implemented effectively and sustainably.

Whether supporting individual clients, consulting with health professionals, or advising organizations, I help people apply cutting-edge evidence in ways that are practical, sustainable, and meaningful.
