
Longevity Yoga is a monthly, small-group yoga experience designed to support strength, mobility, balance, and long-term well-being.
Led by Dr. Leigh Frame, this practice builds the physical capacities that matter most as we age: muscular strength, joint integrity, balance, and nervous system regulation. Classes are adaptable for a wide range of experience levels.
Each 60-minute session is followed by informal time to connect with others. Your registration includes one complimentary beverage of your choice, including one of Eastern Shore Brewing’s in-house drafts or a non-alcoholic option, to enjoy in community.
Space is intentionally limited to maintain a high-quality experience.
